At Petal Parlour, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues with your order, please read our Returns and Refunds Policy:

Broken or Damaged Items:

In the event that your item arrives in a broken or damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. In writing, kindly provide your full name, contact phone number, and order number. Once received, one of our team members will contact you asking for photographic evidence illustrating the damage or incident, and an explanation regarding the issue. 

Please be aware that there may be a requirement for you to return the damaged items to us for inspection. It is possible that the item needs to be returned before any refunds or replacements are dispatched. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Change of Mind:

As products from our Gift & Wedding Collection are made to order, please note that all orders are final and we don’t accept returns or provide exchanges for change of mind requests.

Return Eligibility:

For all other Décor Collection return requests, please get in touch with our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging.

Return Process:

You will receive instructions on how to return your item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
